3. Applications and form submissions
Applications submitted through this website — whether for fostering, adoption, volunteering, or other purposes — are expressions of interest only. Submission of an application does not constitute a commitment on our part to proceed, nor on your part to follow through.
We reserve the right to decline any application without providing reasons. All applications are assessed against our published criteria, and decisions are made at the sole discretion of our coordinators.

Foster families who are approved and matched with a dog agree to comply with our foster agreement, which will be provided separately and sets out the responsibilities of both parties.
4. Donations, sponsorships, and payments
Donations and sponsorship payments made through this website are charitable contributions. They are non-refundable except where a payment error has occurred or where required by applicable consumer protection law.
If you have set up a regular donation or monthly sponsorship, you may cancel at any time by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect from the following payment date.
All payment card processing is handled by our third-party payment processor. We do not store payment card details on our systems. Your card details are subject to the payment processor's own terms and privacy policy.
Gift aid declarations are made at your own discretion. It is your responsibility to ensure you are eligible to make a gift aid declaration at the time of donation. We accept no liability for declarations made in error.
