Sponsorships are tracked against real vet invoices. A $25 monthly gift is logged against a specific cost category — supplements, medication, routine checks — so your coordinator can send you an itemised update each month. Nothing goes to admin.

Yes — sponsors are invited to an annual visit event. For hospice and sanctuary dogs, the foster family decides what works best for their dog's wellbeing. Some fosters are very open to it. We'll always check before arranging a visit.

Monthly photo update and a short note from the foster family. Quarterly vet report. Any time there's a significant health event — surgery, new diagnosis, big recovery milestone — you'll get a direct message from our vet coordinator. For dogs who pass, you'll receive a personal note and a small card.

Yes, any time. No notice period required. We'd rather you tell us than quietly stop — if it's a budget issue, we can pause rather than cancel, and even a partial amount helps cover ongoing medication costs.

If your dog is adopted, you'll get the full story and a final photo. We'll ask if you'd like to redirect your sponsorship to another dog in need or to the general fund. For dogs who pass, we send a personal memorial card and the same question. Your gift never goes to waste.
